Lobster Cove: Experience Authentic Maine Seafood with Stunning Ocean Views

I will start this as I always do and say that I do not give out five stars, unless I am really blown away. I have come to this place a few times and I've always been happy with the service and very happy with the food. Sitting upstairs you have a great view of the ocean and it was a lovely place to hang out while you eat. They have a delicious fisherman's platter. My better half had a whole lobster and was very satisfied. If you are looking for a place to get the full seafood Maine experience this is a great spot to do it. Great food, wonderful atmosphere and good service what more could you want.

The best New England clam chowder I've ever had! Beautiful views too. The lobster was priced right. I'm from California so I wanted the Maine lobster experience and I got it. But I prefer my fish tacos. (No knock on their lobster. It's just more work than tacos).

Had lunch at Lobster Cove. I got the single Lobster and potatoes and it was so good! My view while dining was fantastic and the ocean breeze made the experience awesome. My waitress Lexi was friendly and kind, she gave me some pointers on eating a whole Lobster as that is something I am not used to.

Beautiful location!!! Great view from many spots in the restaurant. Staff is very friendly, and food is delicious. We came on a Thursday around 3pm and there were no spots at the bar or at tables overlooking the water (besides outside). Get there early!! Drinks are delicious as well.

Our first stop in Maine for lunch, and what a great decision this was. I started with a Maine brewery lunch ipa... what a smooth beer. Lunch I orders a lobster roll with extra hot butter. It came with crispy French fries and a cup of coleslaw. Everything was so delicious and fresh... great price . Friends ordered the twin lobsters and crab cakes... everyone left happy and full. We had a table near the windows, amazing view of the water. Such a great place to grab some food with a view. Parking lot is a bit small, other option is along the road.

Our server was great, very attentive and pleasant. Food was good, and the view from the second floor is phenomenal.

Our group of 10 was seated quickly and we were served by the friendliest waitress/kindergarten teacher in the world. Our food was delicious. It was my first night in Maine so I had to have the lobster roll and clam chowder. Both were delicious. In fact, I was a little sad for the rest of my trip because I had the very best clam chowder on the first night!! They separated our checks without complaint and had us served and on our way in quick time. The restaurant was busy on a Tuesday night in October, but our service was great. Pleasant atmosphere and lovely view of the beach.
